“Bushra’s Kitchen” would be nothing without Bushra, who has been educated in Food Science and Technology & Food Engineering and Technology in her Bachelor’s and Master’s program. She has a passion for cooking, exotic food.

She has her own recipe, secret ingredients, using famous Chini Gura and Kala zira, scented rice for superior polaw rice and Biriyani. She makes 100% pure Ghee in her kitchen. Combination of all the exotic spices, mixing with raw food, exceptional marinated process, thaw time and cooking time is a long process to deliver an extra ordinary food, serving hot in the food grade containers, only for take-out and Catering Services.
